Pink Moon Saloon (PMS) comprises of two log cabins that were built in a 4m wide disused bin lane way and fronts on to the popular Leigh Street. George Ginos and The Ginos Group were a fundamental partner in the vision and creation of this project that turned the space into a unique Small Bar, unlike Adelaide had ever seen and would change the game of the Adelaide small bar scene forever.
In 2016 PMS, along with designer Matiya Marivic, was recognised at the national Restaurant and Bar Design Awards in London taking home the ‘International category: Australia and Pacific Bar’ prize. The bar was also named Bar of the Year by Gourmet Traveller. Pink Moon Saloon also houses a small kitchen with a wood fire oven.
